On Friday 21st May, The Mountains Class were able to participate in a new ‘Yoga through story’ session with a visiting Yoga teacher. The children learnt lots of different yoga positions, worked on their balance and some partner moves and finished the session with some meditation exercises. The session was very enjoyable and the benefits of both the exercise and the relaxation were evident.
This is something we plan to develop and share throughout the school from September. Watch this space!
