On Wednesday 27th March, our Year 6 children were invited to Dorchester Abbey to participate in a special Year 6 service. The theme of the day was ‘Quests and Questions’ and the aim was to give the children a window of time to reflect on their own personal journeys and ambitions. After a morning of activities in preparation, there was then an afternoon service which everyone participated in. In particular, Martha gave a reading, William and Mia read their own prayers and Jenson and Isla carried the banner.
The children behaved beautifully as always; a fact that was commented on by all of the staff leading the event. Well done to Year 6.
