The Ocean and The Mountains Christingle Service 2020

On Wednesday, 9th December 2020, the children in Key Stage 2 spent the morning learning about the symbolism of the Christingle and making their own Christingle from an orange, red ribbon, raisins, sweets and a candle.

When the Christingles were ready, all of the children gathered outside on the playground to sing a special Christmas song with accompanying sign language. They then listened to several children reading the words of our service. The Christingles were lit and the children sang their jolly Christmas song once more before safely blowing them out.
