Scientists for the morning at Bloxham School!

On Thursday 2nd February, the Year 4 children spent the morning at Bloxham School learning to work as real scientists.

They began by identifying mystery powders using a flame test in Chemistry.

They then moved to testing circuits, moving magnetic fields, mixing lights to make different colours and investigating the force of gravity in Physics.

The morning finished with some onion cell observations under the microscopes in Biology.

It was a great morning and we are very grateful to Bloxham School for enabling us to take up such a great opportunity ahead of our Science Week.
