Our Pudsey baking competition – Children in Need 2020

posted in: School News | 0

This year we decided that the most appropriate way to support Children in Need was from the safety of our own homes. A Pudsey baking challenge was declared and all the adults and children within the school community were invited to bake a Pudsey themed treat and send a photograph of the finished masterpiece into school for our online competition.

We have received 6 adult entries and 12 child entries which is fantastic!

The competition for the children’s entries will be judged by Mr and Mrs Stilwell who live in the village and have a close, longstanding connection to our school. They will be looking for originality of design and a sense of deliciousness! It is a huge pity that there can be no tasting involved as each and every entry looks very tasty!

We will announce the winner and the total donation that we are able to send to Children in Need in next week’s newsletter.

Many thanks to everyone who joined in. I hope you enjoyed the tasty results of your hard work. We really appreciate your support.
