At Great Rollright Primary School, Christian Acts of Collective Worship take place on a daily basis. These assemblies are used as a focal time for the school to emphasise its positive ethos, achievement and to have time for reflection and reverence. Assemblies are led by all members of the school staff and take place in a variety of locations. Children also often lead and participate in assembly presentations. Our acts of worship are generally Christian in nature though special occasions and festivals of other cultures and religions are recognised and valued.

Parents are invited to join their child in St Andrew’s Church several times a year.

It is a parent’s right to request that their child be excused from acts of collective worship. Worship at Great Rollright Primary School reflects both the spirit of the Trust Deeds of the school and legislation contained in the Education Reform Act (ERA) 1988.
