On Monday 19th December, we celebrated Christmas Jumper Day. The children were invited to wear a Christmas jumper and make a donation to charity. Everyone looked fantastic!
During the morning the children worked in mixed age groups to create a homemade alternative to Christmas crackers for our special Christmas lunch. Hats and small gifts were made by all of the children and then laid out on the tables to welcome everyone into the feast. This avoided much of the waste usually associated with bought crackers.
At noon, the whole school sat down to enjoy lunch together which was beautifully prepared by Marie, our cook. Thank you very much!
