Our Eco-Club presented an assembly to the whole school on Monday 21st November 2022.
The club had been researching the annual event ‘Call to Earth Day’ and had found out lots about this year’s theme which was protecting the oceans.
The children presented their findings and explained what they had learnt about the challenges facing the oceans and their creatures. They gave everyone some ideas about how they could help to protect some of our endangered wildlife and showed the wonderful collages they had made during their time at the club.
We were all very interested in learning about the small things we can do to help and everyone is going to try their best to reduce plastic waste in the future.
