This year our Anti-Bullying Week began with Odd Sock Day on Monday where lots of children came to school wearing odd socks to illustrate the point that we are all different.
Over the week, the children in The Meadow designed and decorated odd socks and the children in The Woodland explored the book ‘The New Jumper’ and designed clothes to celebrate individuality and equality. The Ocean Class discussed way to cope with bullying and made kindness pledges and The Mountains Class explored some of the very important issues around online safety and cyberbullying. They also made fun origami paper ‘fortune tellers’ on how to respond to bullying.
