On Friday, 13th December, the school divided into our four house teams – Eagles, Owls, Kestrels and Hawks and enjoyed an afternoon of shared story writing based the popular story, ‘Tiddler’ by Julia Donaldson.
The book is being screened on television this Christmas and is a story based on a fish who tells some very tall tales! The older children supported the younger ones to write some tales of their own for Tiddler. These stories will be made into a special book for our school library.
It was a great session where the different ages came together and worked collaboratively as well as having fun! A big thank you to Mrs Buckland for both the idea and for planning the session for everyone to enjoy!
