On Wednesday 19th November, 14 children travelled to CNS to participate in the small schools Netball Tournament. The teams played three games against other small schools and were also given lots of coaching and tips whilst they played.
The Great Rollright teams played superbly showing excellent sportsmanship and great teamwork. They played with lots of determination and a brilliant competitive spirit. We were extremely proud of the team and it was the icing on the cake when both teams came in second place.
A huge ‘well done’ to everyone who took part and a big thank you to Mrs Keene, Mrs Spicer and Mr Juggins who supported the event and enabled us to participate.
