Each year, we enjoy spending time in our house teams sharing Christmas stories. This year, Mrs Buckland planned activities around the television release of ‘The scarecrow’s wedding’ by Julia Donaldson.
The house groups watched a TV trailer and then The Mountains class acted out the story for each group to enjoy. The children worked together to make puppets of the characters and re-enact the scarecrow adventures for themselves.
It was a lovely way for the older and younger children to spend time together as we approach the holidays.
