Before Christmas, three of our Year Six girls decided to make Christmas crafts and sell them to raise money for a local cancer hospice. After several weeks of busy making, the girls were ready to sell their treats and they set up a stall in the hall to display their wares and raise as much money as possible.
The stall was very popular and the girls made £68 from their enterprise.
This was a wonderful achievement and, best of all, it came entirely from the girls. We are so proud of them for their intiative and their determination to make a positive impact in the local community.
