On Friday, 31st January, we were delighted to welcome Catie and Guy from Oxford Opera, to our school for the first time.
Each class enjoyed an ‘operatic’ workshop based on ‘The Magic Flute’ which turned out to be a great exploration of the music alongside lots of practical activities and a musical adventure through time.
We are extremely grateful to ‘CATS’ – Cotswold Arts Through Schools – who funded this experience for us all and enabled everyone to experience a different kind of musical appreciation.
